Paola has worked in Cambodia’s education system as an education consultant and adviser for over 10 years, working with KAPE, international NGOs and UN agencies. She currently works for Kampuchea Action to Promote Education, a large national education agency that he helped establish in 1999. Before Cambodia, Paola has worked in Nepal, Angola, and Bolivia.
