Mr. Run is currently the Chief Operations Manager of the New Generation School Initiative in Cambodia. He is a very well-known educator both among development partners and within the Ministry of Education, Youth, & Sport.

A former Project Manager in World Education, Mr. Run now works as the Senior National Adviser in KAPE where he is responsible for program development, training, and project oversight.

Mr. Run is one of the leading theorists in Cambodia on Autonomous Schools and how they can promote educational reform. He has also been a lead adviser to MoEYS in the development of numerous training manuals such as Project Work, Constructivist Learning, and School Leadership.
