Mr. Kowalski is a French educator who currently works as the Master Mentor at the New Generation Pedagogical Research Center at Cambodia’s National Institute of Education. He has authored several books on education and other subjects. He has worked as an educator in many countries including France, China, Cambodia, and Djibouti, at various levels, from alphabetization to university. He is an expert teacher and classroom observer and provides mentoring support to all trainees at the NGPRC who are engaged in the Center’s unique Master’s Degree Program in Mentoring there.
