On September 19th2014, one of KAPE projects called the Cambodian Tertiary Scholarship Program (CTSP) held a graduation ceremony for its first cohort (2010-2014) of the 65 scholars receiving their qualification certificate at Western university in Kampong Cham province. In total, 130 participants including scholarship recipients, KAPE staff, parents and MFI representatives, and university representative attended the ceremony.
