“Using Smart Phone is very beneficial to the high school students” and “Women are very important agents for developing the society prosperously” are initiative topics derived by the Girls’ Education Initiative (GEI) with cooperation with the students, teachers and school director of Ampor Vorn Chinik high school to provide the students with opportunities to register to do their general comprehensions by happily joining a debating competition. The participants were students, teachers, student councils, school director, deputy director of the district office of education, youth and sport in Krouch Chmar, Tbaung Khmum district, Tbaung Khmum province.
